1. Service Description
dSoulK provides personalised energy analysis reports based on birth data calculations. The service is operated by GemXcal Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202608346C), a company registered in Singapore.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
3. Keys (In-App Currency)
- Keys are a non-transferable virtual currency used within dSoulK.
- Keys have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- All Key purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Bonus Keys (sign-up bonus, daily check-in, referrals) are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.
- Unused Keys do not expire while your account is active.
4. Reports & Content
- Reports are generated based on mathematical calculations and pre-written interpretation content.
- Reports are provided for personal insight and entertainment purposes only.
- dSoulK does not guarantee the accuracy of personality assessments or predictions. Do not make major life decisions based solely on report content.
- Report content is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our calculation algorithms.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free report offers.
- Share or resell reports commercially.
- Automate access to the service without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemXcal Holdings Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of dSoulK. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
